实验在麻醉状况下进行,股动脉插管,直接描记血压。在膈下分离并切断腹部迷走神经的两个主干,中枢端置于刺激电极。电刺激该神经,93%的动物引起升压反应。我们分别电解损毁延脑孤束核、向核内注射肾上腺素能受体药物,阻断动脉压力感受反射,观察对升压反应的影响。 根据预备试验中的切片观察及Kalia、Vahaart的图谱,确定延脑各水平段的孤束核定位,然后在核内设置若干电解损毁点。
Experiments were performed under anesthesia, femoral artery catheterization, direct blood pressure. According to the sliced observation in the preliminary test and the map of Kalia and Vahaart, the localization of solitary nucleus at each level of the brain was determined, and then several electrolytic damage points were set in the nucleus.
