本文对轴承钢的常见缺陷——显微孔隙的形成原因,用金相等方法观察了铸态共晶碳化物在钢中的分布以及在加热时的转变过程,通过大量的实验与对比试验,探讨了显微孔隙的形成机理。指出了钢中显微孔隙的产生和钢中偏析和加热温度有密切关系,而钢中的局部过烧是其形成的本质原因。
In this paper, the common defects of bearing steel - the reason of the formation of microporosity, the distribution of as-cast eutectic carbide in steel and the transformation process during heating were observed by the method of gold. Through a large number of experiments and comparative tests, The formation mechanism of micropore was discussed. It is pointed out that there is a close relationship between the microscopic pores in steel and the temperature of segregation and heating in steel, while the local over-burning in steel is the essential reason for its formation.
