运用最优化和跟驰理论 ,确定了车辆稳定跟驰行驶速度与车辆在该状态下的车头间距和行驶时间等关系 ,建立了路网临界速度模型 ;同时应用该模型和利用先进的地理信息定位系统 (车载GPS)在北京市路网上采集的基础数据 ,计算出北京市路网达到理想容量状态时的临界行驶速度
