试验选择从添加磷矿粉的高温堆肥样品中筛选出1株耐高温无机磷降解菌,以培养温度、培养时间、磷矿粉添加量和菌剂接种量为主要因素,采用L16(45)正交试验设计,对不同参数条件下解磷菌的解磷能力进行了研究。结果表明,培养时间对无机磷降解菌的解磷量及解磷率的影响最为显著,在培养基中磷矿粉添加量、菌剂接种量分别为7.0g·L-1和5mL·L-1,在45℃下培养22d后,发酵液中解磷总量达到最大(327.60μg·mL-1);在培养基中磷矿粉添加量和菌剂接种量分别为4.0g·L-1和11mL·L-1,50℃下培养22d后,接种解磷微生物的解磷率最大(37.55%)。
One high temperature resistant inorganic phosphate-degrading bacterium was screened from the high-temperature compost samples added with phosphate rock powder. The main factors of culturing temperature, culture time, adding amount of phosphate rock powder and inoculum inoculum were selected by L16 (45) The experiment design was conducted to study the ability of phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria to dissolve phosphorus under different parameters.
