目的:探讨通脉益智方对痰凝血瘀证模型大鼠海马神经细胞的病理学改变以及其可能的作用机制。方法:利用缺血再灌注损伤结合高脂饮食建立动物模型,应用电迷宫、跳台测试系统检测大鼠学习与记忆功能;生化检测血脂以及血小板聚集功能;病理学观察海马区的形态学改变以及免疫组化检测nNOS表达强弱。结论:通脉益智方通过调控nNOS的表达,减少神经细胞的损伤,增加学习和记忆功能。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the pathological changes and its possible mechanism of Tongmai Yizhi Recipe on hippocampal neurons in rat models of sputum coagulation and stasis syndrome. METHODS: An animal model was established by combining ischemic reperfusion injury with a high-fat diet. The learning and memory functions of rats were measured by the electric maze and step-down test system; blood lipids and platelet aggregation were detected by biochemistry; pathological changes and morphological changes in the hippocampus were observed. The expression of nNOS was detected by histochemistry. Conclusion: Tongmai Yizhi Recipe reduces the damage of nerve cells by regulating the expression of nNOS and increases learning and memory function.
