目的 :通过对去势大鼠腺垂体促卵泡素 (FSH)细胞形态结构研究 ,探讨其变化的可能机制。方法 :选发情周期规律WistarⅡ级雌性大鼠 ,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组常规喂养 ,实验组切除双侧卵巢 (OVX)常规喂养。4周和 8周后处死动物取垂体进行垂体促卵泡素细胞形态结构观察。结果 :实验组切除卵巢后 4周 ,大鼠腺垂体促卵泡素 (FSH)细胞平均密度及平均直径较对照组增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,胞浆内液泡增多 ,去势后 8周这种变化更加明显或呈液泡状改变。结论 :FSH细胞内液泡及其内含物与去势有关 ,可能为FSH细胞功能衰竭状态的特征性改变。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the possible mechanism of ovarian follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) morphological changes in ovariectomized rats. Methods: The female Wistar Ⅱ level rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was fed routinely, and the experimental group was given routine ovariectomized ovariectomy (OVX). Four weeks and eight weeks after the animals were sacrificed to take the pituitary gland follicle stimulating hormone morphological observation. Results: After 4 weeks of ovariectomy in experimental group, the average density and average diameter of FSH in rats increased (P <0.01), the number of cytoplasmic vacuoles increased, Change more obvious or bubble-like changes. CONCLUSIONS: The vacuoles and their contents in FSH cells are associated with castration, which may be the characteristic change of FSH cell failure state.
