改革开放三十多年来,我国的经济发展取得了辉煌的成就,与此同时也相应地带来了许多社会问题,如贫富差距、城乡差距、三农问题、失业问题、环境污染问题、贪污腐败等,严重影响着我国的社会和谐与稳定,降低政府的公信力。“十二五”以来,我国已经进入社会矛盾突发和频发期,为了保持社会发展的平衡和稳定,政府在职能定位上正在从“管制型”政府向“服务型”政府转变。面对日益复杂的利益格局和多样化的社会治理模式,各国都在寻求高效率、低成本的多元化政府纠纷解决机制。本文就关于政府纠纷的研究进行总结。
