利用实验数据对有限元模型进行验证和修改是建立精确有限元模型的常用方法,要达到这一目的就必须对有限元计算模型和试验模型的相关性进行分析。目前国内外主要限于对两种模型在频域范围内对模态参数的相关性进行比较分析,但这种方法在复杂结构的应用上受到限制。文中从时域角度出发,在基于0-1序列的互相关分析理论的基础上,论证了响应数据序列满足时序分析理论所要求的条件特征,给出了响应相关分析的具体计算方法,并以YZ4105柴油机缸体为例验证了这种方法在柴油机复杂构件动态响应分析上的可行性和适用性。
The use of experimental data to verify and modify the finite element model is a common method to establish an accurate finite element model. To achieve this goal, the correlation between the finite element model and the experimental model must be analyzed. At present, the main research focuses on the comparative analysis of modal parameters between two models in the frequency domain, but this method is limited in the application of complex structure. Based on the cross-correlation analysis theory based on 0-1 sequence, this paper demonstrates that the response data sequence satisfies the conditional features required by the theory of timing analysis, and gives the specific calculation method of response correlation analysis YZ4105 diesel engine cylinder as an example to verify the feasibility and applicability of this method in the dynamic response analysis of complex diesel components.
