目的本研究以iNOS为靶蛋白,检测其在良性和恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达变化,及其与2者细胞凋亡的相关性。方法收集原发性恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤病理切片34例,原发性良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤病理切片27例,进行免疫组织化学和细胞凋亡检测。结果 iNOS在良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达显著高于恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤(P<0.01),良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中细胞凋亡数显著高于恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤(P<0.01),良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中iNOS表达和TUNEL染色呈正相关(P<0.01),恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中iNOS表达和TUNEL染色呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 iNOS在良性与恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达差异可为探索有效治疗手段奠定基础。
The purpose of this study to iNOS as a target protein, detect its expression in benign and malignant epithelial ovarian tumors, and its relationship with the two apoptosis. Methods 34 cases of primary malignant epithelial ovarian tumor and 27 cases of primary benign epithelial ovarian tumor were collected for immunohistochemistry and apoptosis detection. Results The expression of iNOS in benign epithelial ovarian tumors was significantly higher than that in malignant epithelial ovarian tumors (P <0.01). The number of apoptosis in benign epithelial ovarian tumors was significantly higher than that in malignant epithelial ovarian tumors (P <0.01) There was a positive correlation between iNOS expression and TUNEL staining in epithelial ovarian tumors (P <0.01). The expression of iNOS in malignant epithelial ovarian tumor was positively correlated with TUNEL staining (P <0.01). Conclusions The difference of iNOS expression in benign and malignant epithelial ovarian tumors may provide the basis for exploring effective treatment.
