将五味子和枸杞等单味药及复合组方(鲜松针∶枸杞∶杜仲=2:1:1)煎煮后加入基础饵料中,同时选取体质量约3.32g的100条锦鲤,随机分为5组,预养10d后,彻底换水1次,连续5d检测水体水质状况。分别采取碘量法测水中含氧量,酸性高锰酸钾法测化学需氧量,纳氏干粉法测水中氨氮含量,以研究中草药对养殖水体水质的影响及通过水体水质状况反应鱼及水中微生物的代谢状况。结果表明:中草药在一定程度上可加快锦鲤代谢而抑制微生物的代谢生长;枸杞及复合组方制剂可减缓水中有机物的积累速率;试验各组的中药制剂均可显著降低水中微生物代谢产氨氮的速率。
