教师是学校发展之本,他们既是教育教学工作的组织者和实践者,也是学生发展的引领者和促进者。在新的绩效工资改革背景下,绩效考核的出发点和落脚点都在于激发教职工的积极性和创造性、主动性,在于全面提高教育质量。如何更好地发挥绩效考核这一杠杆,立足校情,立足于本校教师的整体情况,立足于学校的发展,值得管理者去不断讨论、探究。
Teachers are the foundation of school development. They are not only the organizers and practitioners of education and teaching work, but also the leaders and promoters of student development.
