随着厦门市国家公共文化服务示范区的创建,思明区作为首批示范区,投入了大量的财力,添置了大量公共文化服务场所、设备等硬件设施,如何充分利用好这些化共文化服务设施更好地发挥作用,人员问题成为不可忽视的问题,特别是基层文化站、文化室,直接面对群众,人员素质和能力决定了公共文化服务的中的指导和水平,因此更是必须面对和解决的问题,本文针对思明区基层文化站、文化室的人员现状提出了存在问题及解决方案。
