患者女性，54岁。因左乳腺肿块术后9个月，左腋下肿物2个月于1996年8月20日入院。病人于入院前9个月因左乳房肿块在山东医科大学附院行乳癌根治术。术后病理报告：左乳腺浸润性导管瘤，腋窝淋巴结4／6转移。ER（＋＋），PR（－）。术后用CMF方案化疗2周期。未行放疗及内分泌治
Female patient, 54 years old. Nine months of left breast mass was admitted to hospital on August 20, 1996 due to a left breast mass 9 months after surgery. The patient underwent radical mastectomy for the left breast mass at the attached hospital of Shandong Medical University 9 months before admission. Postoperative pathology report: Invasive ductal tumor of the left breast, 4/6 metastasis of axillary lymph nodes. ER(++), PR(-). After 2 cycles of chemotherapy with CMF regimen. No radiotherapy and endocrine therapy
