本文通过X射线衍射、金相、电子显微镜等分析手段,研究了一种新型高碳高钒铸态超高速钢的等温退火工艺与组织性能的关系,并得出了硬度与加热温度;硬度与等温温度的关系曲线,结果表明:采用1100℃×4h加热,820℃×12h等温工艺,可使试验钢硬度值降为334HBS2.5/1.838,这比用常规退火工艺低60~80HBS2.5/1.838。本文还对试验钢金相组织,基体内析出的细小碳化物相与硬度的关系进行了研究。
In this paper, the relationship between isothermal annealing process and microstructure and properties of a new type of high carbon high vanadium as-cast as-quenched HSV was studied by means of X-ray diffraction, metallography and electron microscopy. The hardness and heating temperature were also investigated. The results show that the hardness of the test steel can be reduced to 334HBS2.5 / 1.838 with 1100 ℃ × 4h heating and 820 ℃ × 12h isothermal process, which is 60 ~ 80HBS2.5 / 1.838 lower than the conventional annealing process. 1.838. In this paper, the relationship between the microstructure of the test steel and the precipitated fine carbide phase in the matrix and hardness was also studied.
