提出一种干涉型光纤传感器小相位检测的多值抽样方法,消除了干涉型光纤传感器输出信号的衰落,使检测相移可达到10~(-5)rad,接近散粒噪声极限。
A multi-value sampling method for small phase detection of an interference optical fiber sensor is proposed, which can eliminate the fading of the output signal of the interferometric optical fiber sensor and make the phase shift of detection reach 10-5 rad, which is close to the shot noise limit.
