目的 探讨肝缺血再灌注后的肝功能改变及其变化规律。方法 建立兔肝缺血再灌注模型 ,对照观察缺血前和缺血再灌注后各时间点肝ALT、AST、ALP、LDL的变化情况。结果 再灌注后 4种血清酶较缺血前均有明显上升 ,上升到一定时间位点后逐渐下降 ,且 4种酶的变化规律相似。结论 肝缺血后再灌注对肝脏造成一定的损害 ,这种损害可能是由于某一潜在的损伤机制引起
Objective To investigate the changes of hepatic function and its changes after hepatic ischemia-reperfusion. Methods Rabbit hepatic ischemia-reperfusion model was established. The changes of ALT, AST, ALP and LDL in liver were observed before and after ischemia-reperfusion. Results After reperfusion, the four kinds of serum enzymes increased significantly compared with that before ischemia, increased gradually to a certain time point and then decreased gradually, and the changes of four kinds of enzymes were similar. Conclusion Reperfusion after hepatic ischemia may cause certain damage to the liver, which may be caused by a potential injury mechanism
