7周龄LACA小鼠550只,分3批实验,每批分正常对照(MNNG)、魔芋精粉(AK)复合(MNNG+AK)及空白对照(C)等4个组。MNNG组给予MNNG250μg水溶液0.2ml/次5天,共7次,总量1.75mg静脉注射;AK组用8％AK普通饲料长期喂饲;MNNG组及C组长期喂普通饲料。实验过程中小鼠自死或濒死处死,常规尸解。3批实验经73～96.4周结束。
7-week-old LACA mice were divided into 3 groups of 550 trials. Each group was divided into 4 groups: normal control (MNNG), konjac (AKN) complex (MNNG+AK) and blank control (C). MNNG group was given MNNG 250μg aqueous solution 0.2ml/time for 5 days for a total of 7 times, total 1.75mg intravenously; AK group was fed with 8% AK common feed for a long time; MNNG group and C group were fed regular feed for a long time. During the experiment, mice were killed or died of sudden death, routine autopsy. Three batches of experiments were completed by 73 to 96.4 weeks.
