甲肝暴发流行,直接威胁着人们的健康,影响生产和学习,后果极其严重。一旦发现疫情,必须采取积极有效的措施,防止蔓延。1988年春,上海市甲肝流行,正值学校放寒假期间,除积极进行宣传教育预防外,对从疫区返校的人员逐个检查隔离观察,切断传播途径。我院共有2400名教职工和学生,对来自疫区的165人进行隔离检疫15天,对其中15名肝功能异常者隔离、观察、治疗四周,确诊为肝炎者5人(甲肝3人,乙肝2人)共隔离治疗六周。全部恢复健康,控制了甲肝在我校的传播。
Hepatitis A outbreak is a direct threat to people’s health, affecting production and learning, the consequences are extremely serious. Once the epidemic is found, we must take active and effective measures to prevent its spread. In the spring of 1988, the prevalence of hepatitis A in Shanghai coincided with the winter break in schools. In addition to actively conducting publicity and education prevention, personnel returning from schools in the affected areas checked the isolation and inspection one by one and cut off the route of transmission. A total of 2,400 faculty and students in our hospital, isolation and quarantine of 165 people from the epidemic area for 15 days, of which 15 were abnormal liver function isolation, observation and treatment of four weeks, were diagnosed with hepatitis 5 (hepatitis A 3, hepatitis B 2) were isolated and treated for six weeks. All recovered and controlled the spread of hepatitis A in our school.
