通过力学性能测试、光学显微镜和扫描电镜显微组织观察等手段,分析了SWRS82B热镀锌钢丝力学性能不合格的具体原因。结果表明,组织不均、粗晶及过量贝氏体的生成是镀锌钢丝屈服强度和塑性下降的主要原因。可以通过适当降低Cr元素含量或者通过改善控轧控冷工艺参数来改善SWRS82B的综合力学性能。
The mechanical properties of SWRS82B hot-dip galvanized steel were analyzed by means of mechanical test, optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the main reason for the yield strength and ductility of galvanized steel wire is the formation of uneven microstructure, coarse grain and excess bainite. The mechanical properties of SWRS82B can be improved by properly reducing the content of Cr or by improving the controlled rolling and controlled cooling process parameters.
