目的:对中药注射液CMI和抗生素配伍使用的稳定性进行研究和探讨。方法:对穿琥宁与8种抗生素在(21±2)℃与(37±2)℃两种温度下的配伍液12h内的外观、微粒数、pH以及紫外线吸收度进行考察。结果:穿琥宁注射液与克林霉素配伍后性状发生改变,产生混浊和沉淀;穿琥宁注射液与地塞米松、甲硝唑、青霉素钠、头孢哌酮钠、头孢噻肟钠、头孢呋辛钠、利巴韦林等配伍后溶液各项参数均没有明显变化。结论:穿琥宁不宜与盐酸克林霉素配伍,可与地塞米松、甲硝唑、青霉素钠、头孢哌酮钠、头孢噻肟钠、头孢呋辛钠、利巴韦林等进行配伍使用。
Objective: To study the stability of compatibility of CMI and antibiotics in Chinese medicine injection. Methods: The appearance, number of particles, pH and UV absorbance of chuanhuning and 8 kinds of antibiotics in the compatibility liquid of (21 ± 2) ℃ and (37 ± 2) ℃ at 12h were investigated. Results: The combination of Chuanhuning injection and clindamycin changed its characteristics and resulted in turbidity and precipitation. Chuanhuning injection combined with dexamethasone, metronidazole, penicillin sodium, cefoperazone sodium, cefotaxime sodium, cefuroxime sodium, Wei Lin and other compatibility of the solution after the parameters were not significantly changed. Conclusion: Chuanhuning should not be used with clindamycin hydrochloride, and dexamethasone, metronidazole, penicillin sodium, cefoperazone sodium, cefotaxime sodium, cefuroxime sodium, ribavirin compatibility.
