本文以工程测量技术专业为例,介绍了“学、训、赛”一体化人才培养模式。从大教育观的角度,提出将专业教育活动融入第二课堂,构建第一、二课堂相辅相成的互动机制。从人才培养方案、课程体系方面,探索了如何将竞赛内容融入教学内容,将竞争机制引入教学活动。从实训平台和师资队伍建设方面,探讨了如何保障这种人才培养模式的实施。总结了这种模式的实施途径。
In this paper, engineering measurement technology as an example, introduced the “learning, training, competition” integrated personnel training mode. From the point of view of great education, it is proposed to integrate professional education activities into the second classroom and to build an interactive mechanism in which the first and second classrooms complement each other. From the personnel training programs, curriculum system, explore how to incorporate the contents of the competition into the teaching content, the competition mechanism into teaching activities. From the aspects of training platform and teaching staff construction, it explores how to guarantee the implementation of this mode of personnel training. Summed up the implementation of this model approach.
