合成了苯丙氨酸镁配合物,并就该配合物对磷酯键的水解作用进行了研究.结果表明该配合物对磷酸对硝基苯酯的表观水解速率常数达7.45×10-2min-1;能将质粒DNA水解成不同分子量的片段;对某些有机磷农药也有很好的水解效果,在48h内对氧乐果的水解率可达100%,甲胺磷、敌敌畏和乐果的水解率分别为71.11%,55.34%和49.05%.因此,苯丙氨酸镁配合物在农业上的应用不仅有利于提高产量,还将有助于减少有机磷农药的残留.
The phenylalanine magnesium complex was synthesized and the hydrolysis of the phospholipid bond was studied.The results showed that the apparent hydrolysis rate constant of this complex to p-nitrophenyl phosphate reached 7.45 × 10-2min -1; the plasmid DNA can be hydrolyzed into fragments of different molecular weight; for some organophosphorus pesticides also have a good hydrolysis effect, within 48h of the omethoate hydrolysis rate of up to 100%, methamidophos, dichlorvos and dimethoate The hydrolysis rate of phenylalanine magnesium complex was 71.11%, 55.34% and 49.05% respectively.Therefore, the application of phenylalanine magnesium complex in agriculture not only helps to increase the yield, but also helps to reduce the residue of organophosphorus pesticide.
