一种微型槽道热管的性能分析与试验研究

槽道热管是航天器较为常用的一种热控产品,其中截面特征尺寸小于5mm的微型槽道热管主要用于空间光学遥感器CCD器件的散热,在设计、加工等环节均具有较高的技术难度。文章设计了一种5mm×4mm矩形截面、内部槽道为梯形的微型热管,对热管传热性能进行了理论计算和试验验证,最终确定了较为理想的槽道几何参数。研究结果表明:该种微型热管的极限传热能力为4.77W·m,极限负载下的轴向温度均匀性优于±0.5℃。 Channel heat pipe is a kind of thermal control product commonly used in spacecraft. The micro-channel heat pipe whose cross-sectional feature size is less than 5 mm is mainly used for heat dissipation of space optical remote sensor CCD device, and has high technology in the design and processing. Difficulty. In this paper, a kind of miniature heat pipe with 5mm × 4mm rectangular section and a trapezoidal inner channel is designed. The heat transfer performance of the heat pipe is theoretically calculated and verified by experiments. Finally, the geometrical parameters of the channel are determined. The results show that: the heat transfer capacity of the micro heat pipe is 4.77W · m, and the axial temperature uniformity under the limit load is better than ± 0.5 ℃.
