围绕未来茶叶消费总量增加靠什么这一问题,本文着重分析了饮料市场激烈竞争和国外茶叶进入中国市场参与竞争的严峻形势,提出要大力培育茶叶消费的新增长点和新消费群。指出面对市场变化,应及时调整生产结构、茶类结构,建立各级茶叶市场,稳定茶叶出口规模和效益。同时指出名优茶和保健茶应向现代、方便、卫生方向发展,使青少年成为茶叶消费新的群体。
Focusing on the issue of increasing the total consumption of tea in the future, this article focuses on analyzing the fierce competition in the beverage market and the grim situation in which foreign tea enters the Chinese market to participate in competition, and proposes to vigorously cultivate new growth points and new consumer groups of tea consumption. It is pointed out that in the face of market changes, production structures and tea structure should be adjusted in time, and tea markets at all levels should be established to stabilize the scale and benefits of tea exports. At the same time, it is pointed out that famous teas and health teas should be developed in a modern, convenient, and sanitary direction, and young people should become a new group of tea consumption.
