[目的]根据甘肃省农村卫生适宜技术推广示范研究,从卫生经济学角度对省县两级集中培训进行成本效果分析,为甘肃省选择经济有效的培训方式提供依据。[方法]根据财务报表及相关纪录测算培训成本,通过培训成绩测试问卷和培训效果调查表测算培训学习效果和满意度,并分别计算省县两级集中培训成本-效果比(C/E)和增量成本-效果比(△C/△E)。[结果]省级集中培训总成本、成本-效果比和增量成本效果比均高于县级集中培训,其培训学习效果也优于县级集中培训,两者满意度无统计学差异。[结论]根据适宜技术特性、经费情况选择最佳的培训方式,在保证培训效果的情况下尽量降低培训成本。 [Objective] According to the demonstration research on the promotion of appropriate rural health technology in Gansu Province, the cost-effectiveness analysis of centralized training at provincial and county levels from the perspective of health economics provides the basis for selecting economical and effective training methods in Gansu Province. [Methods] Based on the financial statements and related records, the training costs were estimated. The training effectiveness and satisfaction were estimated by the questionnaire and training effectiveness questionnaire, and the C / E ratio Incremental cost - effect ratio (△ C / △ E). [Results] The provincial total cost of centralized training, cost-effectiveness ratio and incremental cost-effectiveness ratio were higher than the centralized training at county level, and its training effect was better than centralized training at county level. There was no significant difference between the two. [Conclusion] According to the appropriate technical characteristics, the best training mode is selected for the funding situation, and the training cost is minimized while guaranteeing the training effect.
