目的:研究探讨育龄妇女孕前保健服务认知现状及其影响因素调查。方法:选择100名育龄期的妇女作为本次实验的对象,对其发放本院自制的调查问卷,调查所选取的这些孕龄期妇女对于孕前保健服务认知的具体情况以及相关的影响因素。结果:所选取的这些孕龄期妇女对于孕前保健的认知现状还有待提高,影响其认知的主要影响因素有育龄妇女的年龄、文化水平的高低、知晓途径等对于其影响因素较大,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:对于育龄妇女,大多数对于孕前保健服务的认知都相对比较少,应根据不同育龄妇女的具体情况,采取针对性的措施,以便于帮助其提高对于孕前保健知识的认知水平,为今后孕保健工作的开展提供比较有价值的参考依据。
Objective: To investigate the status quo of prenatal care services among pregnant women of childbearing age and its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 100 women of childbearing age were selected as the subjects of this experiment. The questionnaires were distributed to our hospital and investigated the specific conditions and influencing factors of these gestational age women ’s cognition on prenatal health services. Results: The selected gestational age women’s cognitive status of preconception need to be improved. The main influencing factors of cognition are the age, educational level of women of childbearing age, P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: Most of the women of childbearing age have relatively less cognition on pre-pregnancy health services. According to the specific conditions of women of childbearing age, they should take targeted measures so as to help them to improve their cognition level of prenatal care knowledge. Future pregnancy health work to provide more valuable reference.
