第一条为规范直销行为,加强对直销活动的监管,根据《直销管理条例》(以下简称《条例》),制定本办法。第二条申请企业提交的申请材料应包含其在拟从事直销地区的服务网点方案。服务网点方案应符合下列条件;(一)便于满足最终消费者、直销员了解商品性能、价格和退换货等要求;(二)服务网点不得设在居民住宅、学校、医院、部队、政府机关等场所;
Article 1 These Procedures are formulated in accordance with the “Direct Marketing Management Regulations” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) in order to regulate direct selling activities and to strengthen the supervision of direct selling activities.
