随着我国城市化进程的加快,区域开发已成为近年来的焦点之一。在节能减排的要求下,合理的区域开发必定涉及能源规划。建筑群间距是日射得热的影响因素之一,而日射得热是区域负荷的重要组成部分。本文应用eQuest能耗分析软件对区域建筑群进行了模拟,并应用上海地区太阳能和风能资源评估(SWERA)气象数据,对建筑群间距对日射得热的影响进行了研究。结合国内外相关规定及推荐值,提出高层建筑群间距系数在1.1左右时,日射得热对全年负荷的不利影响最低,利于降低需求侧负荷。
With the acceleration of urbanization in our country, regional development has become one of the focuses in recent years. In the energy-saving emission reduction requirements, the rational development of the region must involve energy planning. The distance between buildings is one of the influencing factors of solar radiation, and solar thermal gain is an important part of regional load. In this paper, the eQuest energy consumption analysis software is used to simulate the regional buildings. The solar energy and wind energy resources assessment (SWERA) data of Shanghai area are used to study the effect of building spacing on the solar thermal extinction. Combined with the relevant provisions at home and abroad and the recommended values, it is proposed that when the distance coefficient of high-rise building group is around 1.1, the adverse effect of JETRO on the annual load is the lowest, which is beneficial to reduce the demand side load.
