为研究一株胶质芽孢杆菌的解磷活性及适宜解磷的培养条件,在胶质芽孢杆菌的液体培养基中添加难溶性的磷酸钙培养7天后,采用钼锑抗分光光度法测定培养基中可溶性磷的含量,以稀释平板计数法测定菌体浓度,分析培养基中碳源、氯化钠浓度、pH和菌体浓度对解磷活性的影响。结果表明:以葡萄糖作为碳源、0.03%NaCl、pH 6.0时该株胶质芽孢杆菌解磷活性最高,而菌体浓度对解磷活性无显著影响。
In order to study the phosphate-solubilizing activity of a strain of Bacillus cereus and the culture conditions suitable for phosphate-solubilizing, after adding sparingly soluble calcium phosphate to liquid medium of Bacillus cereus for 7 days, the culture medium was determined by using molybdenum antimony-anti-spectrophotometry The content of soluble phosphorus was determined by dilution plate counting method. The effects of carbon source, sodium chloride concentration, pH and cell concentration on the phosphate solubilizing activity were analyzed. The results showed that when Glucose was used as carbon source, 0.03% NaCl and pH 6.0, the activity of Phosphate solubilizing of Bacillus cereus was the highest, while the concentration of bacteria did not affect the activity of phosphate solubilizing.
