螺旋桨数控技术不仅仅关系着我国综合军事实力的增强,同时可以有效实现国家生产的批量化与精确化,有效改善初期的人工生产模式的不足。然而螺旋桨数控技术的应用有着很多方面的难度,螺旋桨桨叶曲面复杂多变,其设计要求有着很高难度;同时数控加工过程中,对于相关的编程与操作人员也有着非常高的要求。本文重点在于分析螺旋桨数控加工技术的难点,同时分析螺旋桨加工技术的主要技工路径与加工条件,期望能为相关的加工工作提供参考与借鉴。
Propeller numerical control technology is not only related to the enhancement of China’s comprehensive military strength, but also can effectively realize the batch production and precision of the national production and effectively improve the shortcomings of the initial manual production mode. However, the application of propeller numerical control technology has many difficulties. The propeller blade surface is complex and changeable, and its design requirements are very difficult. Meanwhile, the CNC programming also has very high requirements for related programming and operation personnel. This article focuses on analyzing the difficulty of CNC machining technology of propeller. At the same time, it analyzes the main mechanic path and processing conditions of propeller machining technology. It is hoped that it can provide reference and reference for related machining work.
