一个企业在社会、经济发展中是否具有生命力,决定的因素一是企业产品销售市场的吸收能力和前景;二是企业产品的功能、质量、价格在社会中的竞争能力。电信通信企业的生命力,同样受上述因素的制约。本文仅就第一个因素进行探讨。企业的各种产品,随着社会发展、市场变化,一般都有市场销售生命的循环周期(通常分为谷底、成长期、成熟期、谷顶等阶段)。电信业务销售市场也有类似特征。例如从世界电信较发达国家历史看,公众电报业务正处于谷底;用户电报业务向谷底趋势变化;电话业务趋于谷顶;各种数据业务处于成长期等。在我国现时电信通信较落后的情况下,上述各项业务,都还有一段不同时期的市场销售生命,但1990年后的发展趋势,关系到目前电信的投资方向、建设规模大小的重大决策问题。为了不致造成大的浪费,需对电信各类业务销售市场前景作出一些分析。
Whether an enterprise has vitality in the social and economic development depends on the absorptive capacity and prospect of the enterprise’s product sales market. The second is the function, quality and price competitiveness of the enterprise’s products in the society. The vitality of telecommunications companies are also subject to the above factors. Telecom business sales market has similar characteristics. For example, from the perspective of the history of the world’s most developed countries, the public telegraph service is at the bottom of the curve; the telegraph business trend changes towards the bottom; the telephone business tends to the top; various data services are in the growth stage; In our country, the telecom industry is lagging behind. All of the above operations have a different period of market sales. However, the trend of development after 1990 is related to the current investment direction of telecom and the major decision-making problems of building size . In order not to cause a big waste, we need to make some analysis on the prospects of various types of telecom sales market.
