采用扫描电镜(SEM)及其附属功能能量散射谱仪(EDS)检测方法,研究了机械活化前后变质型磷矿粉的表面形貌及矿物成分变化。结果表明:机械活化前颗粒结构致密,出现片状微晶磷灰石,结晶度较好,而机械活化后,结构松散,颗粒变细碎,呈絮状,晶体边界表面模糊化;机械活化前后6个点位(a1、a2、a3、A1、A2和A3)元素相同(均至少包含O、Ca、C、Si、P、Fe、Al、K及Mg),但含量差异较大,其中机械活化前a3点位P、Ca元素波峰值较高,其他两个点位较低,而机械活化后3个点位(A1、A2和A3)Ca和P元素含量分别提高19.97和7.71个百分点,Ca/P比平均值增大23.26%。
Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and its associated functional energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) detection methods were used to study the surface morphology and mineral composition of the metamorphic phosphate rock before and after mechanical activation. The results show that: before mechanical activation, the particle structure is dense, the microcrystalline apatite is flaky and has good crystallinity. After mechanical activation, the structure is loose, the particles are finely crushed and flocculent, and the crystal boundary surface is blurred. Before and after mechanical activation (A1, a2, a3, a1, a2 and a3) have the same elements (all contain at least O, Ca, C, Si, P, Fe, Al, K and Mg) The peak values of P and Ca in the former a3 were higher and the other two were lower, while the content of Ca and P in the three sites (A1, A2 and A3) after mechanical activation were increased by 19.97 and 7.71% respectively. The Ca / P increased by 23.26% than the average.
