研究了阿霉素(ADM)在β-环糊精(β-CD)修饰金电极上(β-CD/Au)的电化学行为.结果表明,ADM在β-CD/Au电极上发生表面包络反应.25℃,pH=7.0时,该电极表面包络常数为9.54×104 L.mol-1,并随温度呈规律性变化,最适宜反应温度为30℃.该电极ADM包络呈准可逆的电化学反应,速率常数为0.0995 s-1.在20~40μmol.L-1浓度范围β-CD/Au电极ADM的还原峰电流与浓度呈线性关系,线性方程Ip=2.024+0.0057C,相关系数0.9911,检出限6.5μmol.L-1.
The electrochemical behavior of doxorubicin (ADM) on β-CD / Au modified gold electrode (β-CD / Au) was investigated. The results showed that ADM When the reaction temperature is 25 ℃ and the pH value is 7.0, the surface of the electrode has an enveloping constant of 9.54 × 104 L.mol-1 and changes regularly with the temperature, and the most suitable reaction temperature is 30 ℃.
