通过原位聚合法制备了以正十八烷为囊芯、蜜胺树脂为囊壁的相变材料微胶囊和纳胶囊。采用扫描电子显微镜,差示扫描量热仪,热重分析仪分别观测了胶囊表面形貌、粒径分布、相变性能及热稳定性能等。实验结果表明,当采用十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂时,所得微胶囊结构完好,粒径分布均匀,平均粒径约为65μm,囊芯含量高达87%(wt)。微胶囊过冷度仅为2.6℃。当采用苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物钠盐为乳化剂时,制得纳胶囊的平均粒径约为840nm,囊芯含量为45%(wt),且囊芯过冷度高达18.9℃。
The phase change material microcapsules and nanocapsules with n-octadecane as the core and melamine resin as the wall were prepared by in-situ polymerization. The surface morphology, particle size distribution, phase change properties and thermal stability of the capsules were observed by scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis, respectively. The experimental results show that when sodium dodecyl sulfate is used as the emulsifier, the obtained microcapsules are well-structured and the particle size distribution is uniform. The average particle size is about 65 μm and the content of the capsule core is as high as 87% by weight. Microcapsule subcooling is only 2.6 ℃. When the styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer sodium salt is used as the emulsifier, the average particle diameter of the prepared capsule is about 840nm, the content of the capsule core is 45% by weight, and the core subcooling degree is as high as 18.9 ° C.
