本文报道了生物废物灰化后灰分的性质及其水泥固化配方的研究结果,给出了以大同525 ̄#普通硅酸盐水泥为固化基材的固化工艺相图、最佳固化配方以及灰分水泥固化体性能的测试结果。实验结果表明,灰分水泥固化的最佳配方为:水泥,35%(wt)土5%(wt);水,29%(wt)土2%(wt);灰分,36%(wt)土6%(wt)。所得水泥固化体密实均匀,容重为1.78g/cm ̄3,抗压强度不小于7.7MPa; ̄(134)Cs和 ̄(85)Sr第42天的浸出率分别为2.5×10 ̄(-4)和9.0×10 ̄(-4)cm/d。固化体的性能除抗冲击性外,其他都能满足国家有关规定的要求。灰分固化后的减容系数为1.6。
