各位代表、各位来宾:从一九五○年七月全国合作社工作者代表会议成立中华全国合作社联合总社到现在,已经整整四年了。我现在代表全国合作总社临时理事会,向大会报告这四年中间全国供销合作社和消费合作社工作的主要情况和今后应当采取的方针任务,请大会加以审查。一、四年来供销、消费合作社工作的主要情况四年以前,全国合作社工作者代表会议召开的时候,正当我国经济恢复初期,广大的晚解放区的土地改革刚刚开始进行,经过长期战争破坏和反动统治摧残的国民经济的恢复工作也刚刚开始;调整工商业,平衡国家财政收支,稳定物价,活跃城乡物资交流,「为争取国家财政经 Dear Delegates, Ladies and Gentlemen, It has been four years since the establishment of the All-China Cooperative Federation in July 1950 by the National Cooperative Workers ’Workers’ Congress. On behalf of the Provisional Council of the National Cooperation Agency, I now report to the General Assembly on the major developments in the work of the national supply and marketing cooperatives and consumer cooperatives during the past four years and on the guidelines and tasks to be taken in the future. I invite the Assembly to review it. Four years ago, the major work of the supply and marketing cooperatives and consumer cooperatives took place four years ago when the National Cooperative Workers ’Workers’ Representatives Conference was held. At the very beginning of our country’s economic recovery, land reform in the vast late-liberated areas was just beginning.
