时风集团2014年投入巨资继续对整个铸造产业链进行改造升级。截至发稿日,时风集团铸一车间再次引进两套8 t的美国应达电炉替代国产电炉。替换后的电炉融化每吨铁水可节省电能70 kW·h,时风集团年熔化铁水在20万t左右,预计每年可节省电能1 400万kW·h。而且电炉升级后,由于熔化效率的提高,铁水的氧化现象大大降低,因而生产的铸件气孔、渣孔等缺陷明显降低,铸件质量得到了保证。
