仰卧位低血压综合征是产科临床经常遇到的问题. 近年来, 随着剖宫产手术的增多, 此综合征在剖宫产手术中的发生率也随之增高. 多年的手术室护理工作, 笔者认为巡回护士细心的观察和护理, 及时发现问题, 与其他医务人员密切配合, 迅速改善低血压状态, 对于保证母儿生命安全、顺利完成手术, 起到至关重要的作用. 现就笔者有关仰卧位低血压综合征的观察及防治体会介绍如下.
