本文讨论了空调器用滚动活塞式回转压缩机中冷冻油的起泡沫现象,实验研究了起动过程中导致起泡沫现象发生的各种因素。业已证实,起泡沫现象是由于电机转子、滑片的运动及排气流对制冷剂—油混合物的挠动所引起。起泡沫现象与油中制冷剂的溶解度及液体混合物挠动区内所含制冷剂量有关。在压缩机长时间停车重新启动或运行中带出大量液体时,压缩机中的润滑油将发生起泡沫现象,因此在往复式压缩机的曲轴箱中,采取了象油加热器及贮液器一类的措施,因为冷冻油的起泡沫将导致液压缩从而引起压缩机气阀损坏。但是,回转式压缩机很少考虑该问题,因为即使发生了起泡沫现象,起泡沫的油也是随排气一起流出压缩机箱体,不会发生液压缩的现象。为了提高压缩机的效率及可靠性,防止冷冻油起泡沫及排出压缩机是很重要的。本文研究了产生起泡沫现象的各种因素,有助于解决这一问题。
This article discusses the foaming phenomenon of the refrigerating oil in the rolling piston type rotary compressor for air conditioners. The factors that cause foaming during the starting process are experimentally studied. It has been demonstrated that foaming is caused by the movement of the motor rotor, vanes, and the deflection of the refrigerant-oil mixture by the exhaust stream. The foaming phenomenon is related to the solubility of the refrigerant in the oil and the amount of refrigerant contained in the flexure zone of the liquid mixture. When the compressor is shut down for a long time to restart or run to bring a lot of liquid, the lubricant in the compressor will foam, so in the reciprocating compressor crankcase, taken as oil heater and reservoir One type of measure because foaming of the frozen oil will cause the liquid to compress causing the compressor valve to fail. However, the rotary compressor seldom considers this problem because the foamed oil flows out of the compressor housing together with the exhaust gas even when a foaming phenomenon occurs, and liquid compression does not occur. In order to improve the efficiency and reliability of the compressor, it is important to prevent the refrigerant oil from foaming and discharging the compressor. This article studies various factors that contribute to foaming and helps to solve this problem.
