Acute infection is an important factor of cerebrovascular ischemia, but the role of chronic or recurrent infection on cerebrovascular ischemia is not clear. Research shows that chronic bronchitis and dental diseases and cardiovascular disease. This article explores the relationship between chronic and recurrent bronchitis, ENT infections or dental infections and acute cerebral ischemia (ACVI). 166 cases of ACVI (cerebral infarction or transient ischemic attack) with an average age of 61.2 years and 60 other neurologists of the same sex and similar age groups were selected as controls. Both groups were asked about their medical history to find out if bronchitis, sinusitis, tonsillitis and urethritis had occurred, to measure white blood cell counts and fibrinogen, to examine 66 patients in the ACVI and 60 control patients for dental examinations, 69 cases and controls
