目的探讨小儿腹腔镜阑尾切除术CO2气腹对呼吸影响。方法 36例小儿行腹腔镜阑尾切除术,观察CO2气腹前后PETCO2、SpO2、Ppeak的变化。结果气腹后比气腹前患儿SpO2下降;而Ppeak、PETCO2上升。气腹前后监测PETCO2有统计学差异,术终拔管前降至近气腹前水平。无低氧血症发生。结论 CO2气腹对小儿麻醉中呼吸功能有一定影响。应防止CO2潴留及高碳酸血症等并发症。
Objective To investigate the effects of CO2 pneumoperitoneum on respiration in pediatric laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods 36 cases of children underwent laparoscopic appendectomy, observed before and after CO2 pneumoperitoneum PETCO2, SpO2, Ppeak changes. Results After pneumoperitoneum than before pneumoperitoneum SpO2 decreased; Ppeak, PETCO2 increased. Before and after pneumoperitoneum PETCO2 monitoring were statistically significant, surgery before extubation to near the level of gas before the abdomen. No hypoxemia occurs. Conclusion CO2 pneumoperitoneum has some influence on respiratory function in pediatric anesthesia. Should prevent CO2 retention and hypercapnia and other complications.
