作者对37例未治白血病同时检测多药耐药基因mRNA水平及细胞表面分化抗原,探讨两种标志表达的关系及意义。发现在急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)中多药耐药基因表达增加与CD_(34)抗原表达相关,两种标志皆为阳性表达组(MDR_/CD),化疗敏感性明显降低。结合文献报告所见,认为MDR_/CD可做为ANLL化疗不敏感的预后指标。在急性淋巴细胞白血病中,多药耐药基因表达增加与CD_3、CD_5明显相关,其意义尚待继续探讨。
The author of the 37 cases of untreated leukemia at the same time the detection of multidrug resistance gene mRNA levels and cell surface differentiation antigen, to explore the relationship between the expression of the two markers and its significance. The increased expression of multidrug resistance genes in acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) was associated with CD34 antigen expression. Both markers were positively expressed (MDR_/CD) and chemotherapy sensitivity was significantly reduced. Combined with the literature reports, it is considered that MDR_/CD can be used as a prognostic indicator of ANLL chemotherapy insensitivity. In acute lymphoblastic leukemia, the increased expression of multidrug resistance genes is significantly associated with CD3 and CD5, and its significance remains to be further explored.
