知识管理的目的是通过对知识的收集、整理和共享,来提高人的素质,是企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分。从人力资源管理角度,深入讨论知识管理所包含的内容,并根据人力资源成熟度模型(P-CMM)映射成技术层面可构建的知识管理框架。
The purpose of knowledge management is to improve the quality of people through the collection, collation and sharing of knowledge, which is an important part of human resources management in an enterprise. From the perspective of human resources management, this paper discusses in depth the contents of knowledge management and maps it into a knowledgeable manageable framework that can be constructed according to the human resource maturity model (P-CMM).
