目的探讨应用弹性髓内钉治疗儿童四肢长骨干骨折的疗效及优势。方法应用弹性髓内钉治疗儿童四肢长骨干骨折30例。其中股骨干骨折15例,胫骨骨折3例,尺桡骨骨折7例,桡骨头颈骨折5例。结果所有骨折病例均得到满意治疗,对位对线良好,骨折愈合好,外形功能满意,无骨不连骨髓炎病例,2例出现钉尾处滑囊炎拔钉后愈合。结论弹性髓内钉治疗儿童四肢长骨干不同类型骨折可获得良好的疗效。并具有以下优点:①弹性髓内钉治疗儿童长骨干骨折属于骨折微创性的治疗方法,具有保护骨骺、不损伤骨骺血管等优点。②骨折内固定弹性髓内钉可以促进骨折部位微动,进而加快骨折部位的愈合。③骨折愈合快、骨痂形成丰富,便于早期康复锻炼。④髓内钉的拔除相对方便,可以利用小切口在门诊完成。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and advantage of elastic nail in treatment of long bone fracture of limbs in children. Methods The use of elastic intramedullary nails in the treatment of 30 cases of long limbs fractures of the limbs in children. In which 15 cases of femoral shaft fractures, tibial fractures in 3 cases, ulna and radius fractures in 7 cases, radial head and neck fractures in 5 cases. Results All the fractures were treated satisfactorily, with good alignment and good fracture healing, satisfactory appearance and no osteomyelitis. Two cases healed after nailing and bursitis. Conclusion Flexible intramedullary nail treatment of children with long bone trunk different types of fractures can be a good effect. And has the following advantages: ① elastic nail treatment of children with long bone fracture is a minimally invasive fracture treatment, with the protection of the epiphyseal, epiphyseal blood vessels do not damage the advantages. ② fracture fixation of flexible intramedullary nail can promote the fretting of the fracture site, thereby accelerating the healing of the fracture site. ③ fracture healing fast, callus formation is rich, easy to early rehabilitation exercise. ④ intramedullary nail removal is relatively easy, you can use a small incision in the clinic to complete.
