冶金部和中国金属学会于1992年4月14～16日在宝钢召开了全国轧钢工作会议。各冶金厅局、各大中型钢铁企业、科研设计院所、高等院校及冶金部有关司局144个单位260余人和国务院生产办、机电部代表参加了会议。会议主题是更新观念,研究战略,积极推进轧钢产品、工艺、装备结构的优化。殷瑞钰副部长在会上作了主题报告(主要内容详见本期第1～6页)。
The Ministry of Metallurgy and China Metals Society held a national rolling work conference in Baosteel from April 14 to April 16, 1992. More than 260 people from 144 departments of Metallurgical Administration, major medium-sized iron and steel enterprises, research and design institutes, institutions of higher learning and relevant departments of the Ministry of Metallurgy and representatives from the Production Office and the Electrical and Mechanical Department of the State Council attended the conference. The theme of the conference is to update concepts, research strategies and actively promote the optimization of rolled steel products, processes and equipment structures. Vice Minister Yin Ruiyu made a keynote speech at the meeting (the main contents are described on pages 1 to 6 of this issue).
