本文以企业职工思想工作培训体系为研究对象,对其重要性与构建方法进行探析。首先,本文简要介绍了企业职工思想工作培训体系的内涵与特点。在此基础上,本文提出了企业职工思想工作培训体系在优化企业管理的需要、提升企业职工战斗力的需要与营销良好企业文化环境的需要等方面起到重要的意义,对此,企业构建职工思想培训的体系应当从制定并完善职工思想培训体系规划,加强企业职工培训师队伍建设,发挥企业党团组织的思想引导作用等几个方面入手。旨在为相关工作者提供借鉴与参考。
