糖尿病心肌病是一种特异的心肌疾病,其发病机制尚未完全明了。细胞因子可以从影响心肌细胞舒缩性和心肌重构等方面参与其发病。本文就细胞因子各家族中与糖尿病心肌病发病关系密切的肿瘤坏死因子α、胰岛素样生长因子-1、转化生长因子β1等因子的研究进展作一综述。 Diabetic cardiomyopathy is a specific myocardial disease, the pathogenesis is not yet fully understood. Cytokines can influence the onset and development of cardiomyocytes from the aspects of contractility and myocardial remodeling. This review summarizes the research progress of TNF-α, insulin-like growth factor-1 and transforming growth factor-β1, which are closely related to the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy in each family of cytokines.
