本文主要介绍用锂漂移方法制备单开端同轴锗(锂)[Ge(Li)]探测器的工艺及其主要性能的测试结果。试制成的探测器的灵敏体积为26—43厘米~3,封装在真空度为3×10~(-6)毫米汞柱的低温装置中,在液氮温度(77°K)下使用。典型样品乙-4-5-1的灵敏体积为26厘米~3,其工作偏压为1千伏,对~(137)Cs662千电子伏γ射线能量分辨率为2.8千电子伏,峰康比为14,对~(60)Co1.33兆电子伏γ射线能量分辨率为5.1千电子伏,峰康比为7.7。在25厘米处测得相对于3×3时NaI(Tl)的效率分别为4.2%和3.4%,绝对效率分别为0.47×10~(-4)和0.2×10~(-4)。
In this paper, we mainly introduce the test results of the process and the main performance of a single-junction CoGe (Li) [Ge (Li)] detector fabricated by the lithium drift method. The fabricated detector has a sensitive volume of 26-43 cm -3 and is packaged in a cryogenic device with a vacuum of 3 × 10 -6 mm Hg at a liquid nitrogen temperature of 77 ° K. The typical sample B-4-5-1 has a sensitive volume of 26 cm -3, a working bias of 1 kV, an energy resolution of 2.8 keV for ~ (137) Cs 662 keV gamma rays, Is 14, the energy resolution of ~ (60) Co1.33 MeV γ-rays is 5.1 keV and the peak-to-peak ratio is 7.7. The efficiencies of NaI (Tl) measured at 25 cm relative to 3 × 3 were 4.2% and 3.4%, respectively, and the absolute efficiencies were 0.47 × 10 -4 and 0.2 × 10 -4, respectively.
