不同型号的柴油机,规定有与之相适应的喷油压力,以获得最佳的经济性和动力性。喷油器的喷油压力是由试验确定的,调整喷油压力是以燃油良好雾化质量为依据,如 S195型柴油机,最佳喷油压力为12兆帕。喷油压力过高或过低对柴油机均会产生危害。1.喷油压力过低 (1)燃油雾化不良,且射程减小,使其不能穿过整个燃烧室,影响了燃油与压缩空气的充分均匀混合(包括混合、蒸发和氧化过程),导致柴油机油耗增加;燃烧不完全,使针阀体下端容易积碳;发动机不易启动。
