采用空白焙烧-加压高温碱浸法从石煤中提取钒,实验考察了焙砂粒径、液固比及浸出时间、浸出温度、加碱量对钒浸出率的影响。结果显示:石煤矿空白焙烧-加压高温碱浸,当NaOH用量为3%、浸出温度为195℃、浸出时间为2 h时,钒的浸出率可以达到较为满意的效果;与空白焙烧-常压碱浸相比,加压高温碱浸具有碱耗小、钒浸出率高等优势。
Vanadium was extracted from stone coal by blank calcination-pressure high-temperature alkali immersion method. The effects of calcine size, liquid-solid ratio, leaching time, leaching temperature and alkali content on vanadium leaching rate were investigated. The results show that the leaching rate of vanadium can reach a satisfactory result when the amount of NaOH is 3%, the leaching temperature is 195 ℃ and the leaching time is 2 h. Pressure alkali immersion compared with pressurized alkaline caustic alkali consumption is low, the advantages of high vanadium leaching rate.
